![]() On the first attempt I was COMPLETELY dismantled by the crossfire, because I moved to close to the objective. I evacuated before the reinforcements closed in on me. So I carefully baited out the protectors (3 heavies by the way), and only then closed in to kill the rest of the turrets and destroy the buildings. And again, the key to the mission was the knowledge that the second enemy lance spawns as soon as I approach the target base. I didn't have a spare medium lance ready, so I again had to try the first part a couple of times until I done it without serious damage. And one optional one after that, but you are given time to repair in between. It has two consecutive deployments with tonnage restrictions (50t limit on every slot). Those are the keys to winning this mission. And you have to know, that the mission ends in 10 turns, when the timer ends, so you don't have to defeat the op4, just survive for 10 turns. You have to know that the third group of vehicles and a mech (at least 2 of them equipped with LRMs) spawns to the right of the base, and will destroy it unless you specifically send a mech to destruct them in beforehand. I have shamelessly savescummed it a couple of times until I was able to complete it.
